Nyseg will continue to deliver the electricity to your home, they will also continue to provide all the services you're used to - such as reading your meter, maintaining your wires and handling emergencies. How will I be billed? You will continue to receive one bill from Nyseg, which will include Agway's charge for the electricity along with your delivery charge from Nyseg.
