ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC is a joint venture between ADA-ES, Inc. and Energy Capital Partners, LLC. Our primary focus is to provide activated carbon for a variety of environmental purposes including air emissions control and water purification. Upon completion of the construction of our new production facility near Coushatta, Louisiana, ADA Carbon Solutions will be one of the largest producers of activated carbon in North America. The facility is being built by our subsidiary, Red River Environmental Products, LLC (RREP), and is expected to be the \"gold standard\" for activated carbon production in the United States. The plant is currently in the start-up phase, and will be in full production in 2010. Activated carbon is being shipped from both the RREP facility as well as our interim facility at this time.
