For over 80 years, A.S. Horner has been one of the Southwest’s leaders in highway and heavy civil construction. Started in Denver, Colorado, in 1927, by Arthur Stewart Horner, the company’s first project was a mechanics garage. Projects quickly progressed to bridges, tunnels, major interstates, viaducts, reservoirs, sewage projects and industrial plants.
