There is no such thing as a typical commercial project. The
structure may be historic, so a system may need to be installed or
replaced with a minimum of disruption. Work may need to be done in
an office building or retail structure during off hours, and
completed before tenants or customers arrive. A system may be
inefficient or present unusual engineering problems.
